phone consult to assess your needs I will create a vinyasa (yoga sequence) specific to you that caters to cleansing energetic
dysfunction within your mind and body. This is a great way to raise your overall internal vibration and access stronger
energy within yourself. This is essentially private chakra cleansing. I consider this my specialty!! Yoga
is an ancient practice of energy healing and tension in your mind and body is just slower moving energy. Our 'self'
is the strongest healer we have. This session educates you on things you can work with (physically & mentally) to
strengthen the energy within your self!

This is a great session to help improve the common side
effects of pregnancy and to learn holisitic approaches to managing the side effects of pregnancy on your own. This is
also helpful to energetically sustain a healthy internal vibration during your pregnancy and to prepare your body for delivery!
I did this often in my own pregnancy and had a very healthy, strong pregnancy! I was hiking on my due date.
